About the Role:
FASTSIGNS #440101 in Guaynabo, PR is looking for a driven and personable B2B Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our brand , building lasting relationships with business clients and helping them find the perfect visual communication solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships through outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and follow-up
  • Consult with business clients to understand their signage and visual communication needs
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
