Bayonet's Residential Replacement Division is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team. If you're a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Overview
As our Senior HVAC QC Technician, you will perform post-installation quality control inspections on residential HVAC system replacements, ensuring every installation meets Bayonet's high standards for workmanship, performance, and client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring systems are fully prepared to pass local municipality inspections.
Responsibilities
  • Perform post-installation quality control inspections on residential HVAC system change-outs.
  • Verify installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Diagnose and identify installation issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Test system operation and ensure peak performance before final customer approval.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly.
  • Work closely with installation teams to maintain the highest level of quality.
