Drive all aspects of technology delivery by building and managing highly efficient Agile software development teams. Lead Software Engineers who solve business problems through innovative engineering practices, guiding the team to deliver technical solutions leveraging cloud native technologies following modern event‑driven microservices architecture. Identify and troubleshoot both infrastructure‑ and application code‑related issues. Manage multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross‑product collaborations, acting as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus across competing project objectives. Build strong relationships with product partners, and influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams. Provide leadership and coaching to develop a diverse and inclusive culture within the organization. This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel (to United Kingdom and India) to oversee team members.

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum nine (9) years of experience in roles such as Software Engineering Director/Manager, Lead Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Systems Engineer/Architect, Software Developer/Analyst, or related occupation.
