eSolutionsFirst is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in ServiceNow testing. The role involves manual and automated testing of ServiceNow solutions, including creating and executing test cases and collaborating with teams to report defects.
Responsibilities:
• Create & execute test cases and automation scripts
• Perform end-to-end and regression testing
• Validate workflows and configurations
• Collaborate with teams and report defects
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years QA experience
• 3+ years ServiceNow ATF testing
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong communication skills
• ServiceNow testing (ATF)
• Automation testing (Selenium)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, ACLs, integrations
Preferred:
• IRM/GRC experience preferred
