Role: Selenium Automation, Agile
Location: Northbrook, IL.
Duration: Full Time
Visa : Green card and US Citizens only.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience
in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience in IT
Preferred
At least 4 yrs of experience in preparing the Test Plan documents for major projects
At least 4 years of hands on combined experience in Manual Functional, Regression, Automation and End
to End testing of Web-based, Desktop & Mainframe applications.
At least 4 yrs of experience in writing Test cases covering all the business functionalities.
At least 2 years of experience in automation tools viz. QuickTest Pro (HP-QTP)
At least 2 years of experience of preparing Test Approach/Test Strategy documents
At least one year of experience in performing End to End testing involving multiple channels and stake
holders
Hands-on experience in preparing the Regression test suite
Very good understanding of the test data management
Basic knowledge of Trading domain and Trade life cycle (different asset types)
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Analytical skills
Proactive in analyzing the current processes and practices and suggest/ drive improvements
Communication and Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
