Job description

Full-time Position

Schedule: Sunday-Friday: 6am-until finished (I day off in the middle of the week and Saturday) 40 hours + overtime

Payrate: $17.50/hourly + Health Benefits

Order Selectors are responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The Order Selector is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to learn the WM system quickly
  • Accurate counting of units/item description
  • Operate clamp/reach truck/order picker
  • Picking will be necessary to jog pallets of product from the location to the dock door
  • Picking will be done on a reach truck
  • Loading trailers w/ full pallets of product
  • Unloading trailers w/full pallets of product
  • Hours of operation can be up to 10 hours daily
  • Shift can start as early as 6 am or 7 am
  • Attendance will be particularly important and need punctual employees
  • Ability to read locations/pick accurately/put away freight accurately

Handler

  • Load or unload tires off and on to trailers
  • Use pallet jack to help load f ull pallets into trailers
  • Use pallet jack to unload f ull pallets into trailers
  • Ability to lift as much as 50 lbs. tires
  • Accurate counting of units/item description
  • Quality for stacking tires neatly on pallets w/labels facing out
  • Shift can start as early as 6 am or 7 am-Mon-Fri(some weekends) 2 paid 15 min breaks one 30min unpaid lunch
  • Hours of operation can be up to 10 hours daily

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in operating an electric pallet jack and other required materials handling equipment (MHE)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
