Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Commission Sales Associate at Culligan of Sarasota. This role offers a base pay plus commission bonus. The role is specifically B2B (Business to Business) sales for drinking water solutions at businesses. The role will involve generating leads, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role is expected to be in the field 5 days per week talking with decision makers.
Qualifications
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Building skills
  • Lead Generation and Sales Strategy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in water treatment or related industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
