Job description

We are seeking a lively and dependable babysitter for our two enthusiastic boys, Alex and Sam, ages 5 and 7, in the heart of New York. Your primary role involves picking them up from school, assisting with homework, and organizing energetic after-school activities that both entertain and enrich. We're eager for someone who can fuel their curiosity through creative play and exploration, helping them to learn and grow. Flexibility is necessary as schedules may occasionally shift. The boys enjoy trips to Central Park and imaginative storytelling, so your enthusiasm and ability to adapt are key components to a successful partnership. We're excited to welcome you into our family dynamic and look forward to seeing the boys flourish under your guidance. Responsibilities • Pick up children from school timely and safely. • Encourage and supervise homework completion. • Organize interactive and educational games. • Prepare snacks and light meals as needed. Qualifications • Previous experience with elementary-aged children. • Creative and energetic approach to child care. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Ability to handle minor conflicts with patience. • First-aid certification is preferred.
