AiStrike is redefining how modern organizations defend themselves with AI. We're building the Self-Improving SOC an AI-powered platform that automates threat detection, investigation, and response across SIEM, XDR, CNAPP, and SOAR ecosystems. Our Composite AI engine combines large language models, knowledge graphs, and machine learning to help security teams move from reactive defense to autonomous operations. Backed by top-tier investors and already deployed across enterprise and federal environments, AiStrike is growing rapidly and we're looking for a product leader to help shape the next generation of AI-driven cybersecurity.

The Role

We're seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Product to lead AiStrike's product vision, strategy, and execution. You'll own the roadmap across our AI agent ecosystem, drive alignment between customer needs and engineering priorities, and scale our platform into new markets and use cases.

This role requires a mix of strategic vision, deep technical understanding, and executional excellence ideally from someone who has built products in security, AI, or enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute AiStrike's product strategy and roadmap aligned with our AI-SOC vision.
  • Lead the product organization, including PMs, designers, and product operations.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate real-world pain points into differentiated capabilities.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch to iterative improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment for GTM, packaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Engage directly with customers, analysts (e.g., Gartner), and the cybersecurity community to shape the narrative around AI-driven SOC transformation.
  • Build a data-informed culture that values speed, clarity, and measurable impact.
Qualifications
  • 1015+ years in product leadership roles, ideally in cybersecurity, AI, or SaaS infrastructure.
  • Proven experience scaling enterprise products from early stage to $50M+ ARR.
  • Deep understanding of the SOC ecosystem (SIEM, SOAR, XDR, CNAPP, threat intel).
  • Strong background in AI/ML productization LLMs, agent architectures, or automation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.
