The Opportunity

This opportunity as a Electronic Security Systems Technician is perfect for an experienced low-voltage Technician based in Fort Hood, Texas who also loves to travel!  This individual will serve as a field representative to install, test, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot various electronic security systems and network infrastructures.  

The Responsibilities

  • Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects
  • Serves as the face of Evergreen to our customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product training
  • Ensures safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations
  • Collaborates with in-house Evergreen teams to improve installations
  • Reads and comprehends blueprints, project instructions, and company forms
  • Installs conduit as necessary
  • Travels as necessary
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Completes all other duties assigned within qualifications

The Necessities

  • Willing to travel 50% or more.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience maintaining ESS systems
  • Must have field experience installing and servicing systems to include programming and network connectivity
  • Great customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Possesses a Secret Clearance
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay range is $25 - $35 per hour for well-qualified candidates.
