Now Hiring Security Installation Technicians

Centec is one of Wisconsin’s leading security systems integrators with proven expertise in the design, installation, and service of commercial and industrial clients. Centec Security & Fire is a veteran-led company dedicated to delivering Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Alarm, and Fire Protection Solutions.

Position: Security Installation Technician | Full-Time | Competitive Pay*
*Starting at $25-$30/HR. Based on experience.

  • Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Responsibilities:

As an Installation Technician at Centec Security & Fire, you'll be responsible for the seamless installation of our Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Video Surveillance, and Fire Protection systems, including:

  • Proficiently installing and configuring security and fire protection systems
  • Install conduit and cabling to ensure efficient system connectivity
  • Understanding and interpreting blueprints for accurate installations
  • Demonstrating excellent productivity and communication skills
  • Working effectively and meeting deadlines under installation pressures
  • Perform adjustments or repairs as needed to ensure optimal system performance
  • Record and maintain all relevant paperwork, including service logs, inventory records, and installation documentation, while maintaining a high level of detail and organization

Qualifications:

  • Troubleshooting and Cabling skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
