Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security Installation Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to supervise a team of technicians to install and configure electronic security systems at Ft Eisenhower, GA, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor a team of security installation technicians.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of electronic security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to installation activities
