Prepare and follow up on quotations for repairs, replacements, system upgrades, and deficiency corrections.

Assist with selling and renewing recurring inspection and preventive maintenance agreements for commercial security systems.

Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding quotations, recommended repairs, service status, and follow-up needs.

Coordinate with technicians, service coordinators, managers, and operations personnel to confirm customer needs and develop accurate scopes of work.

Help customers prioritize repairs and upgrades based on system condition, operational needs, and available budgets.

Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quotation, and follow-up information in the Firetrol CRM system.

Support the growth of established service accounts through renewals, additional services, and multi-line sales opportunities.

Develop prospecting and account-management skills while gradually assuming responsibility for assigned customers and new business opportunities.

Obtain and maintain the applicable Oklahoma Department of Labor security license for sales or technician work, as required for the position.
