Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of security assessments and security system rollouts across our fleet and physical properties. This role is responsible for managing security initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and has a strong understanding of physical security systems, risk assessments, and project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute security assessment projects for fleet assets and physical facilities.
  • Coordinate security system rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple locations.
  • Conduct site security assessments and identify vulnerabilities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company security standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance physical security operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within physical security or corporate security.
  • Experience conducting security assessments and managing security technology deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other physical security systems.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google workspace and project management software.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience managing security projects across distributed facilities or vehicle fleets.
