MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Certified Project Manager located in Madison, WI. Our client is a government agency looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability.

Note: PMP CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. OPEN TO NATIONWIDE CANDIDATES. This position is currently remote. However, position status is subject to change.

Project Description:

  • As a member of Project Management team, the selected candidate will be responsible for technical and overall project management with a focus on infrastructure and application initiatives.
  • They will develop project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts.
  • Will work closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Solve complex technical problems.
  • Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternative.

  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies are also essential.
