We are currently seeking an experienced project manager to join a growing team! About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and field operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong construction management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for assigned construction projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project. Lead project teams, including project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, and consultants. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial reporting. Monitor project schedules and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion. Ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve project issues. Promote and enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance across all project activities. Review project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays and cost impacts. Support estimating and preconstruction efforts, including reviewing project opportunities and assisting with budgeting. Oversee subcontractor performance, contract compliance, and project coordination. Mentor and support project team members while fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects. Experience with design-build or alternative project delivery methods is a plus. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sage, or similar platforms is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
