Job description

Security Site & Scheduling Coordinator

POSITION DETAILS:

Security Site & Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Mount Pocono, PA

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Available Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Weekend Availability Required | Part-Time | 2–3 Days in Office + Additional Field Shifts Available

We are hiring a dependable and organized Security Site & Scheduling Coordinator to support daily security operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate security officers and interviews
  • Fill open shifts and assist with last-minute staffing needs
  • Conduct field inspections and support officers
  • Communicate with clients and address service needs
  • Complete reports and assist with onboarding and training

Requirements:

  • Security, supervisory, scheduling, or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Professional, dependable, and able to work independently

This is a part-time position with 2–3 scheduled office days per week. Additional security shifts may be available in the field, providing an opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week based on available shifts.
