Northrop Grumman is seeking an FSO/Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4to join our excellent, diverse team of security professionals. This is an on-site position located in Oklahoma City, OK.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the industrial security program at the facility level, ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and applicable contractual and government requirements. This role requires a selfdriven security professional capable of operating with limited supervision in a fastpaced environment and partnering closely with program management, contracts, HR, and government customers.

Job Responsibilities

Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Experienced working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primaryFSOfor the Oklahoma City campus, maintaining an effective industrial security program in accordance with the NISPOM and applicable government and contractual requirements.
  • Manage personnel security actions, to include processing initial clearances, periodic reinvestigations, upgrades/downgrades, and accesses via DISS and related systems.
  • Oversee visitor control, incoming/outgoing visit certifications, and coordination with government and industry partners.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain local security procedures, instructions, and awareness materials to ensure compliant daytoday operations.
  • Conduct and document selfinspections, internal audits, and corrective action plans; prepare the facility and staff for government security reviews and assessments.
  • Provide security guidance and consulting to program leadership and functional partners on contract requirements, proposal efforts, and program execution.
  • Lead or support investigations of security incidents, reporting, and implementation of corrective/preventive measures.
  • Deliver security education and training/briefings (initial, annual, and specialized) to a diverse employee population.
  • Interface with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) representatives and other government security counterparts as required.
  • Maintain accurate security records, files, and databases (e.g., DISS, NISS, internal tracking tools).
  • Mentor junior security staff and contribute to continuous improvement of local and sectorlevel security practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and8+ yearsof Industrial Security/FSO relevant experience; or master's degree and6+ years relevant experience. An additional four years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a degree.

  • Current U.S. Government Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret clearance.

  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting an industrial security program under the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).

  • Handson experience with personnel security and clearance processing using DISS (and related DoD/IC systems).

  • Experience conducting selfinspections, incident inquiries, and preparing for DCSA or customer security assessments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief leadership and interact professionally with government customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment in a classified environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience serving as anFSOand/orAlternate FSOfor a cleared facility.

  • Completion of DCSA CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (or equivalent) coursework.

  • Knowledge of Workday and SIMS applications.

  • Knowledge of Lenel access control systems.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision.

  • OPSEC program experience.

  • Proficiency with NISS, DISS, and other government security systems and tools.

  • Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Primary Level Salary Range: $96,200.00 - $144,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
