We are actively recruiting for a Program Support Specialist for our Engineering Bureau.

This Program Support Specialist performs high-level administrative services and program support by conducting research, preparing and editing documents, handling communications and information requests, conducting web site maintenance, providing data and records management, and other duties as assigned. This position performs support functions such as preparing correspondence, proofing materials, mail processing, assisting visitors, managing main phone lines, arranging conference calls, and making arrangements for travel, meetings, or events.

The position includes a career ladder for professional development and pay progression.

Effective July 1st, 2026, all employees will receive a $1/hour increase or an increase of 2.5%, whichever is greater.

Qualifications
    High school diploma or equivalent.
