Job description

Serves as the single point of accountability, managing a global IT services workforce supporting U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) C4ISR and distribution operations. The PM owns cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules
  • Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan
  • Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews
  • Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution
  • Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel
  • Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance
Education & Experience
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (recommended: PMP; bachelor's/master's in a relevant field)
Certifications
  • ITIL Foundation or higher; ISO 9001:2015 quality-management familiarity
Security Clearance
  • Secret clearance
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
  • Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, with enterprise oversight of all CONUS/OCONUS sites.
$130,000 - $150,000 a year
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. The posted range is appropriate for a typical candidate meeting, at a minimum, all the core requirements of the position.
