Job Description:
BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Joint Use Professional Insight, Technology, Engineering, & Research (JUPITER) contract. This individual will serve as the primary interface between BryceTech and the Government, ensuring the successful delivery of advisory and assistance services that support AFRL's Space Warfare and Information & Spectrum Warfare Directorates. The Program Manager will oversee program execution, staffing, financial performance, quality assurance, customer engagement, and subcontractor management while ensuring exceptional technical support to AFRL leadership. This position requires an experienced leader capable of managing highly credentialed scientists, engineers, and strategic advisors supporting advanced research and development initiatives. Responsibilities * Serve as BryceTech's primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and AFRL leadership
* Provide overall program leadership, technical oversight, and contract administration for all contract activities
* Manage day-to-day execution of advisory and assistance services supporting AFRL research, technology planning, and organizational initiatives
* Lead recruiting, onboarding, retention, and performance management for highly specialized scientific and technical personnel
* Develop and maintain integrated staffing plans to ensure uninterrupted mission support
* Monitor program cost, schedule, staffing, and overall contract performance
* Ensure all contract deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
* Manage subcontractor performance, coordination, and compliance
* Identify and mitigate program risks while implementing effective corrective actions when necessary
* Support quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives
* Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive program management
* Coordinate with corporate leadership regarding financial performance, staffing strategy, and business operations
* Support contract modifications, task order execution, and future growth opportunities
* Ensure compliance with all contractual, security, and organizational requirements Qualifications
Required Qualifications * Active TS/SCI Clearance (Top Secret with SCI eligibility)
* Master's degree in engineering, physical science, business, management, organizational leadership, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex Department of Defense or Federal Government contracts
* Demonstrated experience managing scientific, engineering, research, or advanced technology programs
* Experience supporting Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Department of the Air Force, Space Force, DARPA, or other Defense research organizations
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams composed of scientists, engineers, technical advisors, and subject matter experts
* Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition, contract administration, and Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS)
* Experience managing cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple workstreams
* Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
* Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with senior government leaders Preferred Qualifications * Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Experience supporting AFRL Space Warfare, Information & Spectrum Warfare, Space Systems, Directed Energy, or related science and technology organizations
* Familiarity with Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
* Experience leading Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contracts
* Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
