Job description

We are looking for a deeply technical, customer-facing security practitioner who can help enterprise security teams put Unizo to work in complex environments. You will stay involved from the first technical conversation through architecture, integration, investigation, workflow configuration, and validation.

This is not a conventional presales or support role. You will work hands-on in customer environments, solve hard security and data problems, and take what you learn straight back into the product.

What you will do
  • Lead technical customer engagements from discovery through deployment and measurable security outcomes.
  • Design how Unizo connects to a customer's security, cloud, identity, development, and IT workflow systems.
  • Investigate exposure paths alongside customers, and walk them through the evidence behind the product's conclusions.
  • Help teams configure asset context, ownership, approval gates, remediation workflows, and validation criteria.
  • Diagnose integration, data-quality, and product-behaviour issues with engineering.
  • Turn complex customer requirements into clear product feedback and reusable capability.
  • Build the deployment practices, playbooks, and reference patterns the customer-security function will run on.
You might be doing this today as a

Security Solutions Engineer or Architect Customer Security Engineer Senior Security Consultant Cloud Security Architect Resident Security Engineer Technical Account Manager for a security platform Exposure Management Lead who enjoys customer work

What we are looking for
  • Strong hands-on experience in enterprise security, security architecture, vulnerability management, or cloud security.
  • A track record working directly with security practitioners and enterprise stakeholders.
  • The ability to read a customer environment, find the real operational problem, and design a practical approach to it.
  • Experience integrating security products with cloud platforms, APIs, identity providers, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshooting range across data, integrations, configuration, and security concepts.
  • Ownership instinct, and comfort operating without a mature playbook.

Useful but not required: vulnerability management, CNAPP, or endpoint platforms; AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Okta, Entra ID, and privileged access systems; ServiceNow or Jira; GitHub, GitLab, and software supply chain tools; scripting, data transformation, and integration troubleshooting; enterprise deployments or professional services engagements.

You do not need a traditional sales-engineering background. We are looking for practitioners who enjoy customer work but want to stay technically hands-on and shape the product.

About Unizo

Security teams have no shortage of findings. The harder problem is knowing which exposures matter in their environment, what to fix first, and whether remediation actually reduced risk.

Unizo is AI-native exposure management. We connect fragmented security signals into Live Security Context, a continuously updated model of assets, vulnerabilities, identities, access, cloud infrastructure, code, ownership, and controls. The Exposure Analyst reasons over that context to investigate exposures, explain why they matter, recommend evidence-backed actions, and verify outcomes, inside the controls and approval gates each customer sets.
