Facility: AMG All Saints Medical Clinic 

Department: Behavioral Health/Specialty care 

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours | Monday-Friday|  8:00am- 5:00pm per needs of the clinic

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Strategic Growth & Partnership: Collaborate with practice physicians and executive leadership to develop long-term business plans, expand clinical services, and achieve financial goals.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Direct recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and professional development. Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace through proactive performance management and team-building.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site logistics, optimize patient flow, resolve daily operational challenges, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage site budgets, monitor billing and collections workflows, optimize vendor relationships, and support physician compensation planning.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison connecting site staff, physicians, health system administration, and external partners.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Bachelors in Healthcare Admin, Business or related field preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of healthcare clinic leadership operations.
