As The Hollywood Park Security Operator, First Shift, You Will..The Security Operator is responsible for responding to all security needs and ensuring the daily safety and security of SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theatre, and other areas of the Hollywood Park campus. Security Operators are considered essential Team Members and are required to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.We Are Seeking Individuals Who Possess:We seek individuals who exhibit unwavering integrity and who consistently makes ethical decisions, even when unsupervised.   • Complete routine patrols of the facilities for the purpose of preventive inspections (reporting damaged property, inoperable lights, safety hazards, etc.) and proactive deterrence of criminal behavior.
  • Operate security vehicles, including golf carts, for patrol purposes while ensuring safety and compliance with all golf cart Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Unlock and secure doors/gates before and after events, or by request as directed.
  • Professionally verify and validate credentials to ensure a safe and secure environment, granting access only to authorized individuals and ticket holders.
  • Respond to security incidents, Fire Alarm Activations, medical emergencies, and calls for service; work with First responders (Fire, EMS, and law enforcement) as necessary.
  • Interact with employees, vendors, contractors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing customer service.
  • Adhere to all company and department policies and SOPs to maintain security protocols within the stadium, performance venue, loading dock, and campus perimeters.
  • Conduct physical security screening of team member entries, vendors, delivery vehicles, guests, and artists entering the venue using walk through metal detectors, and hand held metal detectors.
  • Accurately and efficiently completes all required documentation, including activity logs, incident reports, and work orders, ensuring clear, concise, and legible records are maintained in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as necessary and assigned.

  • Must have a valid CA Guard card; able to maintain status during employment.
  • Minimum of two years of verifiable and relevant security experience.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrates full professional proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and accountability in all actions and communications.
  • Requires a flexible schedule; able to work long hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Demonstrated experience in crowd management within large-scale venues; prior experience at arenas, stadiums, or similar environments is highly desirable.

Compensation: $20.00/hour - $24.00/hourIn compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Hollywood Park considers a candidate's education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
