Position Overview
  • The Security Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the overall management and
  • performance of security operations at their assigned construction project site. This includes
  • supervision of all assigned security personnel, ensuring compliance with company and
  • client standards, and maintaining strong working relationships with client representatives.
  • The SPM ensures operational excellence, adherence to safety requirements, and consistent
  • delivery of professional and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Oversight & Leadership
  • Supervise and manage all assigned security staff, ensuring adherence to FCS policies,
  • procedures, and client expectations.
  • Maintain 100% post coverage through effective scheduling and staffing management.
  • Monitor overtime levels and implement strategies to maintain profitability within
  • contract guidelines.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for Supervisors and
  • Officers.
  • Conduct daily and weekly post inspections, safety checks, and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure all officers receive proper onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training. Track
  • expirations of required licensures (DPSST/CPR) and ensure compliance.
  • Address HR issues and concerns timely such as PRD's, PTO, complaints, etc.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related communication and
  • operational matters.
  • Foster strong, professional relationships with site management and client
  • representatives.
  • Attend and participate in client safety meetings, briefings, and planning sessions as required.
