Assistant Branch Manager - Salem, OR

Assistant Branch Manager

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to help lead and support operations in the Salem, Oregon area.

This position is assists overseeing daily branch operations, supporting security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving branch performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively balance field operations, employee management, and administrative responsibilities.

As a leader within IPSC, you will help foster a culture built on our core values of Excellence, Integrity, Commitment, Responsiveness, and Service while supporting a 24/7 security operation.

  • Active Armed Security License
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 25 years old
  • Ability to travel regularly to client sites
  • Flexible availability, including on-call responsibilities
