YOUR ROLE

The Global Security Operation Center (GSOC) Analyst plays a vital role within CEVA's 24/7/365 Global Security Operations Center, responsible for monitoring global events, assessing threats, and delivering timely intelligence to protect CEVA's people, assets, and operations.

This position supports the organization's ability to anticipate, respond to, and mitigate security risks across a dynamic global environment. The Analyst synthesizes information from diverse sources and provides actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational continuity.

This role involves executing core GSOC functions such as incident escalation, emergency response coordination, and threat intelligence reporting. The Analyst must demonstrate strong situational awareness, analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. Responsibilities also include alarm response, supporting investigations, monitoring in-transit assets, remote truck gate management, and contributing to the protection of CEVA's physical and supply chain security. Their work directly enhances the resilience of CEVA's global operations.

 In addition to operational duties, the Analyst contributes to the development of GSOC procedures and intelligence products. They help maintain oversight of key programs such as travel security and mass notification systems, ensuring rapid and effective communication during crises. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to support emergency response and critical incident management across the enterprise.

Ultimately, the GSOC Analyst is a trusted resource for CEVA Security and Intelligence leadership, providing timely assessments and operational support in a constantly evolving threat landscape. Their contributions help ensure CEVA remains informed, agile, and secure, reinforcing the company's commitment to safety, continuity, and excellence in logistics.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Threat Monitoring & Intelligence Analysis

  • Monitor global events and emerging threats that may impact CEVA personnel, operations, or assets.
  • Analyze open-source intelligence (OSINT), internal data, and third-party reports to assess risk levels.
  • Produce timely and actionable intelligence reports for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain situational awareness and provide real-time updates during critical incidents.

Incident Response & Crisis Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for security incidents and escalate according to established protocols.
  • Coordinate emergency response efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Dispatch and monitor security personnel during incidents to ensure effective on-ground response.
  • Utilize mass notification systems to alert employees during crises or developing threats.

Operational Support & Security Oversight

  • Monitor in-transit CEVA assets and electronic security systems to detect and mitigate risks.
  • Provide remote support for managing CEVA truck gate operations and alarm response in accordance with established protocols. Assist with processing access control and surveillance requests.
  • Support domestic and international investigations related to security incidents.
  • Maintain oversight of the CEVA Travel Security Program, including tracking and response coordination.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of GSOC standard operating procedures.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Liaise with CEVA Security and Intelligence leadership to align intelligence efforts with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during emergency and critical incident situations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise briefings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of intelligence products and operational workflows.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education & Qualifications

Degree level / Relevant to Security Industry

Experience

  • Prior experience required; 3+ years of experience is preferred. in a relevant field such as corporate security, military, or law enforcement, emergency operations, or security operations.
  • Experience working in a 24/7 operations center or high-tempo security environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess threats, manage incidents, and communicate risk effectively

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Experience with Security Operations, including remote truck gate management and multi-function support
  • Familiarity with travel risk management and global security operations.

Knowledge & Skills

 

  • Strong understanding of U.S. and global threat landscapes, including terrorism, civil unrest, cyber threats, and natural disasters.
  • Proficiency in open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security technologies such as CCTV, access control, GPS tracking, intrusion detection system, truck gate management platforms, and mass notification systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and produce clear, actionable intelligence reports.
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal security regulations (e.g., C-TPAT, TSA, NIST).
  • Technical skills in GIS mapping, data visualization, or intelligence software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief executives and write professional reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure or during crisis situations.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive or classified information.
