Job description

OnLogic is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure & Security to lead our IT infrastructure and security operations. This pivotal role ensures our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable while supporting the needs of our rapidly growing organization. In this position, you'll oversee the design, implementation, and management of various infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies. Additionally, you will focus on establishing strong security protocols and compliance measures to protect our data and infrastructure.

We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. Therefore, this role requires an onsite presence at our South Burlington, VT office. We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply. The position also includes a light travel component of up to 5% annually.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
  • Managing and mentoring the infrastructure and security team to ensure technical excellence and career development.
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of security protocols to safeguard company networks and systems.
  • Designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that support our operational and business goals.
  • Working closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding infrastructure capabilities and security requirements.
  • Managing security control in order to maintain our standards, certifications, and regulatory obligations.
  • Enhancing system reliability, scalability, and efficiencies through best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure and security services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications preferred (any of the following): CCNP/CCIE, ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or IEC 62443.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and security, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with networking, server management, cloud technologies, and security frameworks.
  • Proficiency in implementing cybersecurity measures and leading incident response initiatives.
  • Experience with project and service management frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration.
  • Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
