Job DescriptionOverview

The Oracle Reporting Lead is responsible for defining and delivering the enterprise reporting and analytics strategy across Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). The role provides leadership for reporting architecture, analytics development, data governance, and operational reporting services, ensuring the business has access to trusted, secure, and actionable insights.

The Oracle Reporting Lead partners with Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to drive reporting modernization, standardization, self-service analytics, and continuous improvement across the global ERP landscape.

Your role
  • Own the Oracle reporting strategy and roadmap across EBS, Fusion, OAC, OTBI, BI Publisher, and ADW.

  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions.

  • Establish reporting standards, governance, development practices, and quality controls.

  • Manage reporting demand, prioritization, and delivery aligned to business and finance objectives.

  • Lead a team of reporting analysts, developers, and third-party partners.

  • Define and maintain semantic models, reporting data structures, and trusted data sources.

  • Drive adoption of modern analytics capabilities, including self-service reporting and AI-driven insights.

  • Ensure reporting solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Partner with Finance CoE and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reporting solutions.

  • Oversee reporting-related testing, release management, and production support activities.

  • Monitor reporting platform health, usage, performance, and user satisfaction metrics.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, visualization, and data quality.

  • Support ERP transformation programmes, acquisitions, divestitures, and Oracle Fusion deployments.

About you
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance Systems, or a related discipline.

  • 7+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Management roles.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including Data Visualisation, Semantic Modelling (RPD), and Classic Analytics.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting technologies including OTBI and BI Publisher.

  • Strong SQL, data modelling, and Oracle database expertise, including ADW.

  • Experience leading reporting teams and managing third-party delivery partners.

  • Experience implementing enterprise reporting governance, security, and data quality controls.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Is proficient in French (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written)*

* This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as you will be managing employees located outside Quebec, in regions where English is the working language.
