In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first mindset while contributing to a reliable, agile, and innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access expectations, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report discrepancies or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support a professional work environment by following post orders, communicating clearly with staff and guests, and assisting with security-related requests consistent with location expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • EMT certification is required.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
