Job Details
The Physical Security Systems Specialist supports, maintains, and optimizes the Inner Range Integriti platform across Wesco operations. This role ensures system reliability, supports enterprise system integrations, and provides technical expertise to internal teams and external vendors. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Inner Range systems and a focus on operational continuity, system integrity, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration & Support: Maintain Inner Range software, firmware, and performance. Administer Active Directory and Oracle HCM integrations for ID management and deactivations. Provide technical support and training to Wesco personnel and vendors. Serve as primary liaison to Inner Range support.
  • Program Development & Integration: Develop system functionality (e.g., dynamic mapping, user access). Support Inner Range integrations with enterprise security and business systems. Assist with global ID badge programs and visitor management solutions. Enable data extraction for investigative and operational reporting.
  • System Reliability & Risk Mitigation: Maintain daily system backups and validate database integrity. Support disaster recovery planning, server upgrades, and architecture evaluations. Enforce controlled testing protocols prior to deployment. Maintain troubleshooting guides and controls to prevent localized system failures.
  • Vendor Coordination & Implementation: Support onboarding and standardization of security integrators. Audit vendor installations for compliance with programming standards. Create documentation to improve vendor consistency. Assist with controller deployment and system rollouts.
  • Operational Support: Manage Inner Range inventory for project needs. Provide supplemental coverage for security operations as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce outages.

Qualifications:
  • Required: Proven hands-on experience with the Inner Range Integriti platform. Practical knowledge of access control systems, security infrastructure, and integrations. Experience supporting Active Directory environments and system administration. Strong troubleshooting skills in live operational environments.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle HCM. Experience supporting multi-site or global security systems. Inner Range certifications.
  • Education: No college degree required. Relevant technical expertise and hands-on experience are primary.
