What you'll do

Reporting to the Chapter Manager, Workday & HR Platforms, the Senior Business Analyst, Workday, as a functional lead you will be responsible our Workday Security and Workday Integrations. You aren't just maintaining a system; you are optimizing the employee experience by ensuring right level of access to our employees and also maintaining data flow to and from Workday. You will bridge the gap between complex HR policy and technical execution, leading end-to-end enhancements that keep our global workforce thriving.

This role will provide day to day support on the delivery of Workday Integrations, Workday Security configurations, system support, testing and troubleshooting and vendor support as required. This role will support our high-performing Workday team to create new functionality and enhancements that will affect the entire organization.

  • Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Integrations and Security modules with hands on expert knowledge of Security & Integrations and fair knowledge in other Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Talent, Scheduling, Time tracking, Absence management and Help.

  • Coordinate with external technical vendors to execute the maintenance and enhancements of various Workday configurations, including but not limited to business processes, notifications, setup values, condition and eligibility rules, etc.

  • Partner with functional teams to review business requirements, recommend process improvements, and deploy system enhancements.

  • Work closely with technical partners to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between systems, vendors and external providers.

  • Lead and support the successful execution of Workday's quarterly security audits and other annual audits

  • Lead and support the successful execution of Workday's semi-annual releases to deliver new functionality and enhancements.

  • Lead the maintenance of CTC's Workday security framework and new security initiatives including the development of new custom security roles and security for new integrations.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical partners to streamline and improve processes/provide recommendations.

  • Build, test, and upload Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) mass data uploads as needed.

  • Support internal and external audit requirements.

What you bring:

  • 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience with the maintenance and enhancement of Workday Integration that involve Studio, API, EIB and Connector and Workday Security modules that involve day to day as well as other periodical tasks related to managing security of users.

  • Workday certification in Security and Integrations is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge in other Workday modules is an asset: HCM Core, Scheduling, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Help & Payroll.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers while ensuring project deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met.

  • Deep understanding of Human Resources business processes and data requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems.

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills with an ability to influence and drive change and contribute to overall operational effectiveness.

  • Willingness to learn, explore and able to innovate and think out of the box.

Broadband Salary Range:$80,000.00 - $131,000.00

Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
