As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious behavior, unusual conditions, and policy violations to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
