  • Support control-related activities, including evidence gathering, walkthrough support, issue tracking, and remediation follow-up.
  • Help coordinate IAM-related projects, pilots, and process improvement efforts while ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are documented.
  • Support automation and workflow improvement opportunities by identifying manual processes, pain points, and potential efficiency gains.
  • Escalate operational issues, risks, delays, and blockers to leadership with clear facts, impact, and recommended next steps.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and working sessions to represent IAM Operations and support alignment across stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on operational effectiveness, control maturity, customer experience, and risk reduction.

  • Experience working in technology operations, information security, business controls, risk management, or financial services operations.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts such as user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, role-based access control, privileged access, or identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting audits, control walkthroughs, issue remediation, or evidence collection.
  • Ability to identify operational pain points and recommend practical, scalable improvements.
