Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard

As a Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What's in it for you:

• Site Location: Beaver Dam, WI
• Shifts available:
  • Part-time, 2nd Shift, Monday through Wednesday 2:00pm - 11:00pm, 27 hours per week
  • Full-time, 1st Shift Saturday, Monday and Tuesday 5:00am. - 2:00pm, 1 Shift Sunday 7:00am - 3:00 pm, 35 hours per week
  • Full-time, 1st Shift, Thursday through Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm, 40 hours per week
  • Full-time, 1st Shift Sunday 7:00am - 3:00pm and Monday through Wednesday 8:00am-6:00pm, 38 hours per week
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.46/ Hour  (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Tactical Security Guard

• Visitor badge verification
• Maintain and manage the site directory for visitors
• Access control and monitoring
• Mobile security patrols
• Foot patrols
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must be 21 years of age 
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR record
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
