Level 1 - 2 Security Guard Job Description - Advance Onsite Protection Security (AOPSecurity.com)
Grave, Swing, Night, Weekdays/Weekends Shifts ONLY
Pay - $16 - $18hr
A Security Guard, or Security Officer, is responsible for protecting a person, organization, or asset in the case of an incident. Their duties include monitoring a specific area, evicting trespassers, and writing reports detailing any occurrences during their shift.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
  • Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
  • Using company software for report writing during surveillance/patrol of property
Qualifications:
  • Must have NM Level 1or 2 security guard card
    (Training Class - available)
  • Good driving record if approved for Patrol officer
