Job description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily security operation on an assigned shift while ensuring that courteous and prompt service is provided by department employees. Assists in protecting all casino assets and ensuring that the department is running efficiently and safely within the guidelines of the Wyandotte Nation Operation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

  • At least one year security experience preferred.
  • Past supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be decisive and make quick decisions.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common reports and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees or regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to write memos and reports.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management and employees in a clear and concise manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
