Position Summary
The Security Director oversees all security operations at the assigned site in Gaffney, SC. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures to protect company assets, personnel, and information. Security Director needs to be available on the weekends, holidays, and after hours.
Responsibilities
• Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures consistent with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents, alarms, or emergencies promptly and effectively
