Position Title: Life Safety Systems Engineer - 23703
Location: Austin, TX (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $60.37/hr
Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Life Safety Systems Engineer, specializing in fire protection and life safety design for large-scale facilities. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a chance to work on critical infrastructure projects, including data centers and semiconductor environments. As part of our team, you will utilize your expertise in fire alarm systems, VESDA, security CCTV, leak detection, and hazard mitigation to ensure code-compliant, innovative fire safety solutions. You will collaborate directly with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership through design, calculations, specifications, and 3D modeling. Your work will help safeguard assets and lives while advancing your career in a forward-thinking environment.
Top Requirements:
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Experience leading projects and managing resources
  • Experience mentoring junior staff
  • Design management experience
  • Design experience in semiconductor or data centers
  • Working knowledge of 3D BIM software (Revit)
