Job description

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Security Operations Coordinator to support the daily security operations of a busy warehouse and distribution environment. This position is responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting facility and truck checks, supervising security personnel, and maintaining accurate security logs and reports.


This is a hands-on role for someone who is observant, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution setting.
Schedule: 3:00PM - 11:30PM
Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras and warehouse activity to ensure the safety and security of the facility
Conduct truck, pallet, manifest, and loading/unloading verification checks
Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and related documentation
Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, contractors, and security personnel regarding security matters
Escort vendors, contractors, and service providers throughout the facility when needed
Ensure security guards are properly dressed, equipped, and following procedures
Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security incidents immediately
Perform routine checks of cameras and security equipment and report any issues
Assist with general facility security operations as needed


Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must have at least 2 years of security experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or similar industrial environment
Experience monitoring CCTV/security camera systems required
Strong observation and communication skills
Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution environment
Basic computer and report writing skills required
Ability to remain alert, professional, and organized throughout the shift
