Job description

We are now hiring for an experienced Locksmith Technician to join our growing team. Work from one of our all expenses paid mobile vans with tools to service our commercial customers in the Chicago suburbs.

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace door hardware, locking hardware, electric strikes, doors, and more

- Work with our team on job estimates

- Commercial buildings/customer work only- no automotive or residential work, no late night on call schedule, limited emergency work

We offer a great package including top pay, 40 hours per week guaranteed during normal business hours, paid vacation/sick time, IRA with matching contributions, bonus for emergency service work, quarterly company bonus, paid training, an all-expenses paid mobile work van with tools and uniforms.

  • Install, service, maintain, repair, replace doors, locks, keys, door hardware, door closers, panic devices, mag locks, door strikes and more for commercial buildings.
  • Install electric strikes
  • Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of door access control hardware and security camera systems

Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a locksmith technician. low voltage experience is a BIG PLUS

- Strong mechanical and customer service skills

- Have an Illinois PERC card or get one in first month

- IL Driver’s License with a clean driving record

- Reliable and trustworthy
