Job Description

Under the supervision of the Security Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for installing cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems for our various clients across Quebec and Ontario. The incumbent will also perform maintenance, repairs, and/or diagnostics on existing installations while providing customer service support when required.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Install, configure, and repair security systems (cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, etc.)
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical failures
  • Advise internal and external clients on appropriate security solutions (alarm, fire, video surveillance, access control, etc.)
  • Provide technical support to internal departments and subcontractors
  • Participate in project delivery in collaboration with the security team
  • Prepare service reports and ensure technical follow-ups
Qualifications

To Join Our Team:

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years
  • Valid BSP card (Installation and Technical Consulting)
  • Experience/knowledge with Genetec, Axis Communications, and Bosch Security Systems (asset)
  • DEP in Security System Installation and Maintenance or related training (DEP, AEC, DEC)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the field
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently, on the road, or on-site
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, stress management, and adaptability
  • Resourceful and comfortable working under pressure
