Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Technician located in East Moline, IL. The Installation Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems. This includes installing cabling, configuring and testing equipment, and ensuring the optimal performance of security systems. Additionally, the technician will communicate with team members to understand their requirements and deliver satisfactory solutions.


Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant technical certifications or training in security system installation is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of tools and electrical/low-voltage work preferred (training provided).
  • A valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation are required
  • Must be willing and able to travel to different job sites.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
