Overview:
The HR Administrative Lead plays a pivotal role in managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. Responsible for overseeing employee experiences, calendar management, training coordination, recruitment processes, benefits administration, vendor management, facilities management, and more. The incumbent will also assist in payroll management, compliance activities, and additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Experiences:
    • Manage monthly birthdays and anniversaries celebrations.
    • Facilitate employee recognition programs and Kudos initiatives.
    • Coordinate Monday Memos and staff meetings.
    • Oversee holiday decorations and festivities.
  2. Calendar and Meeting Management:
    • Manage employee and doctor calendars efficiently.
    • Schedule CPR training sessions and HR classroom training.
    • Coordinate quarterly check-ins and employee reviews.
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Lead the applicant search process and schedule interviews.
    • Handle the onboarding process and new hire checklist.
    • Conduct offboarding procedures and exit checklist.
