Sacramento, CA

Hybrid
Mandatory Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years as SAP Security Administrator with exposure in SAP ECC, BW, BPC, CRM, BOBJ and Solution Manager.
Experience in at least two end to end SAP project implementation as SAP Security Administrator.
Experience in at least one end to end SAP S/4HANA migration project implementation as SAP Security Administrator.
Technical Requirements:
Provide support to SAP Security applications by offering technical expertise in security design, development and configuration.
Configure S4HANA and Fiori security with good understanding of App types, catalogues, groups, OData services.
Define and maintain authorizations, user profiles and roles.
Use problem solving skills to resolve complex access issues.
Translate functional requirements into technical design for SAP security roles.
Process SAP access requests to support project teams in non-production SAP systems.
Provide support to monitor Segregation of duties (SOD) analysis and controls.
Define and maintain SAP security standards, processes, policies and strategies.
Analyze the effects of system migration to S4HANA on security and implement changes.
Develop and revise security operational processes for S4HANA and other new technologies.
Cross-train the existing Security team on S4HANA, newer technologies and projects.
Develop and maintain documentation for all SAP security projects.
Provide status updates for projects.
Experience in SAP BPC/SAC Planning is a plus.
Experience in SuccessFactors EC security is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering Field.
Desirable Qualifications:
SAP certification in security.
Knowledge of SAP cloud security.
