Position Summary

A valued contributor to our respectful and rewarding work culture, the Security Supervisor oversees an assigned team of security guards and performs regular onsite security checks to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices. In mentoring and supporting the security guard team in all efforts, the Security Supervisor works to swiftly and professionally resolve potential threats within assigned areas to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.

In alignment with fellow security staff and Operations' teams, the Security Supervisor fosters best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and respectful of our company policies and protocols, committing to the integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an excellent client experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervises onsite security guard team to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices are being adhered to
  • Performs regular onsite security checks to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing the required tasks and functions, providing assistance when needed
  • Responds swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty per applicable methods
  • Oversees the company scheduling platform to confirm "clock-ins/clock-outs" are being completed for each scheduled shift per company protocol
  • Responds to escalated situation alerts from security guard team with professionalism and expediency according to company protocol
  • Mentors and supports security guard team in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations
  • Follows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
  • Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
  • Additional tasks as needed


Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum Three (3) Years of Supervisory Experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus.
  • Military experience and/or Veteran Status a plus!
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to complete reports
  • Client pre-employment background screening
  • Exceptional work ethic.
