The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Securities Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our fast-paced and highly respected litigation group. You’ll dive into headline-grabbing class actions, derivative suits, M&A litigation, and white-collar matters that span SEC investigations, DOJ enforcement, and internal investigations into accounting, whistleblower, or anti-bribery concerns.
