Job description

An international law firm and one of the top 50 AmLaw firms is looking to hire associates to support their Finance practice in any of their Chicago, Charlotte, DC, Houston, New York, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, and San Francisco offices.


Qualified candidates will have 2-8 years of experience and will have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
