Job description

A Southeastern Regional Law Firm is currently seeking a mid-level corporate and securities associate for its Atlanta office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have 3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience in a large regional or national law firm.
  • 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, financings, licensing, commercial sales and corporate governance.
  • Must have outstanding academic credentials required.
  • Licensed in GA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The position will involve the preparation and review of contracts and other transaction documents.
  • Manage facets of transactions and assisting in the closings of transactions, and general corporate formation and advising.
