FLEX Customer Service Security Officer - In Person Hiring Event - WALKINS WELCOME!!
Interview requirements: Physical copy of updated resume and business casual attire.
Hiring Event Location: 509 Olive Way, Suite 505, Seattle, WA 98101
Time: Thursday, June 11th, 2026, from 10am-12pm
Wage: $28.90/Hour
Available Shifts: FLEX (no set weekly schedule) eligible to work 40+ hpw
What Your Day May Look Like
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Secure entrances / exits.
  • Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
  • Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
  • Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
  • Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
  • Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
  • Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Positions Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed.
  • Must have 2 years security & customer service/hospitality experience.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
  • Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift.
  • Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
